I got eyelash extensions here today and had a wonderful experience! I had never had them before, so Haley showed me pictures of previous looks she had done to help me decide what look I wanted. After laying down, she made sure to explain each step to me to make sure I was comfortable. I even started falling asleep at one point because it was a long service (2.5 hrs) and I got there at 9am, and she didn't make me feel bad! When Haley showed me my lashes at the end I was so happy - they look exactly the way I was hoping! She also touched up my brows for me. At the end of the appointment, I received a care kit with instructions and lash cleaner that Haley showed me how to use. Overall, great service, friendly staff, clean and inviting atmosphere, newbie lash wearer friendly and masks required!
Got extensions for the first time ever and they turned out great! Obviously there's lots of patience involved when you are sitting there for 2 and a half hours but it's definitely worth it. I paid $300 (this included tip). All the girls were super sweet and definitely want whats best for their customers. I went to Haley and she did phenomenal
I have been getting my lashes done here for a good three years now. There's a reason why I keep returning: I have NEVER received poor service! The price is competitive, and my lashes last between 4 and 6 weeks!Its a beautiful atmosphere and every gal who's worked on me has always been pleasant and friendly.

I had an appt for eyelash extensions, and was 'on the table' for about 2 hours. The young woman that worked on me was very pleasant. Then, she finished and handed me a mirror. I looked like a cartoon character; she had ridiculous false eyelashes on me, clumped together, and no eyelash extensions. The bill was around $300, plus tip. The falsies mostly fell out within 24 hours (no, I did not try to remove them). It was such an amateurish job, and not what I had scheduled. Stay away!
I had a brow tint appointment today. Everyone was nice. Sara B was nice, professional, and on time. She took her time with me in order to get it right and make sure I was pleased. Will come back.
