We were in from out of town...the girls squeezed us in...one of the best experiences w a salon I've ever had...every person we encountered was customer centric. I highly recommend this place!
My stylist Kara is the hair whisperer. She started working at this salon a while ago and let me know that we might be able to lighten my hair again. (I am allergic to hair bleach, I swell up and turn red, eye swell shut, it's not a fun time). I came here, signed a waiver (because of my sensitivities) to try their Kevin Murphy ammonia free lightener. Well, guess what? It worked!! She was able to lighten and dye my hair for the first time in over 2 years! I am so thankful this salon carries a product like that that enables people like me with sensitivities to get their hair done!!
Prior to my first actual appointment I want to already extend my thanks and gratitude to Stephanie and Tori of Lash Lounge & Spa! New to the Shoppe, had to already reschedule due to chronic illness (NOT Covid-19 related). Would like them to know I am appreciative and look forward to having a great visit and hairstyling next week with Tori . I have heard many a wonderful thing about the Shoppe and specifically about Tori's knowledge & skills as well as about Lash Lounge & Spa maintaining good Covid-19 practices (immunodeficient family members, so this is of critical importance for me).
