Permanently scarred!! My face is permanently scared because the tape ripped a layer of my skin off near my eyebrows. Hurt so bad! I emailed them about this because email is the most convenient way for me to communicate. They refused to email back with me. No refund offered. It's been almost a year and I still can see the scar on each of my eyebrows. Im reminded every day I do my makeup what a mistake I made going here.
Lash Beauty Salon is amazing with super talented staff! Once you get your lash extensions here, you will never want to go elsewhere. Have tried multiple salons in MN prior to hearing about Lash Beauty Salon and there is no one better ! Each and every full set, that I have had done at this salon is beautiful and gets me many compliments. Don't believe me? Try for yourself! I have not had to use mascara in years and just wake up ready to go on with my day! Always an awesome experience with a result of beautiful lashes! I had lashes professionally applied for the first time here this past week. Technician was friendly and spent about 2 hours doing my lashes. They looked very full and I was pleased. A couple of hours later I noticed my eyelids felt itchy. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to wearing them. As time went on the itching intensified and started to feel more like burning. I have put on lashes from the drugstore many times before an never had any sort of reaction. I called Lash the following day to explain what was going on and to ask how to best try and remove them. I was told that I could come in later that day only during their hours of 8-4pm to have them removed for $50. I just spent $150 to put them on the day before! This is not quality customer service. Sure, I can see charging to have them removed if it's just on a whim but I was having itching and burning on my eyelids that was worsening as time went on! I am so disappointed with this experience at Lash for the lack of customer care after a very costly appointment that resulted in an allergic reaction. I will not recommend this Lash salon to others.
