Tori is the best, I am a Texas girl where blonde color is done the best, and I can say Tori does blonde color as well as Texas. I have been going to Tori for over 3 years, she is the best.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! DISGRACEFUL BUISINESS PRACTICES!! Let me just start by saying that when all was said and done, my hair cut and highlight did not come out nearly terrible as the way I was treated by this salon. And, I would love to have given this salon a great review if things hadn't been handled so unprofessionally. By the time stylist, Stephanie, finished working on my hair cut and highlight, I was satisfied with the cut and thought she had done a good job. However, I did not feel for the $130 I was spending that my highlights came out like I expected. So, because they were about to close, Stephanie agreed that if I came back in another time she would fix it to my satisfaction, which I appreciated. However, shortly after leaving the salon I caught a glimpse of my back in the mirror, and then realized that the back of my shirt had become completely ruined by highlighting bleach! You can imagine my surprise, so I called in the next day to talk to the owner, Debbie, about what happened. At first, Debbie told me she was very sorry and agreed to fix my hair, and also agreed to reimburse me for the shirt. Then, after calling back the next day to let her know when I would be coming in, she said she would no longer be willing to fix my hair. Debbie said I was not her client, and therefore needed to have Stephanie fix my hair. Now this next part is pretty unbelievable, but rest assured I am not at all exaggerating. After I expressed that I was confused and dissatisfied that she was not going to keep her word, she THREATENED ME WITH A LAWSUIT, and said she, "would come to my work and talk to my director," IF I WROTE A BAD REVIEW! Then she hung up the phone on me! So, here I am writing an honest and truthful review about my experience with this uncouth business owner and salon employee. In the end, Stephanie ended up fixing my hair, and reimbursed me $10 for my shirt. Furthermore, she said she wouldn't pay me any more than that because, "the shirt has sentimental value and a price cannot be placed on it." Apparently that was not the case, seeing that she placed a price of $10 on it, but at that point I was done arguing with these people. Finally, Debbie the owner said she would go to the Prescott police to place charges on me if I tried to file a dispute with my bank!! This was truly disappointing and upsetting experience to say the least, as these people obviously have some extremely disreputable business practices.

I went in on crutches, feeling crappy about my awful looking hair, and sailed out feeling fantastic. Whitney took my hair that is naturally grey dark blonde on top but super blonde on the bottom and made it a new color that looks the same. I'm not this weird half and half anymore! Also, as if that wasn't enough, I walked out of there genuinely glad to have had the time to chat with Whitney! She's lovely and good to my hair. What a lucky day!

The owner was super rude when I walked in today. Why would I book a service with someone who practically pushed me out the door. Ugh don't go here
