Had a 2:30 pm appointment with Tiffany. Came waited for 15 minutes then I asked how much longer shall I wait? They said another 15 minutes... after 35 mins of waiting they said another 30 mins... long story short after an hour and ten mins waiting I gave up & left.
If she was tied up, she could of given a called courtesy phone call to not come wait over an hour... then in the midst they kept mismanaging my expectations until I gave up and left.. very disappointed about how unprofessional this was...

Hi everyone. Just wanted to share my recent encounter with largo. I was called to make an appointment to get my hair done and book to get a facial. The resectionist, Brooklyn, wanted me to allocate 2.5 hrs. to do my hair. I expressed that 2 hrs wouldn't be enough time. I've been getting my hair down for years and know that it takes way over 4 hrs. The day of I expressed to my hair colorist very specifically what I wanted and expect to be done. She expressed she was concerned about the timeframe too but decided to move forward. All I wanted was my roots touched up with baby highlights, the money pieces done and the underneath of my hair done . I was very grown out. The colorist was able to match my previous color but you can clearly see it wasn't blended properly with my previous work and there were spots of brown hair. The underneath of my hair was still brown and slight money piece done to the front of my hair. I attached photos so you guys can see the results of the work and let them speak for themselves. I was scheduled to come back on the next day, just so they can call me and push back my appointment which was already late. Then they proceeded to tell me that they weren't going to fix it. I obviously ask for my money back, they were very nice about giving my money back which made me a little more relaxed but then they rudely told me , " Not get services done here again". So unprofessional to say when they messed up my hair. I've been getting services done at largo since 2019 multiple times by the artist Genevieve, whom is beyond talented! Will be posting a picture of how amazing the work I got done at Largo by her back in 2020 so you guys can compare the work (took a screenshot with the date) . My hair came out amazing I always got so many compliments. All I can say is am super disappointed. I will say I think if the colorist had been allocated the right amount of time to do my hair she could have done a great job but clearly thumbs down for LARGO's management and receptionist.
Had previous arrangements with my stylist who moved to work at this salon. Was made an appt at Largo with a few stylist to just be told no one wants to do it THRU TEXT the next day. I was supposed to try and do a trial run for my wedding day hair and makeup just to find out no one is comfortable with travelling for my wedding day. Why set the appointment if no one wants to do it and why should I find out from someone else who works there that no one wants to do it? Very unprofessional in my opinion and I had to scramble to find someone else with 33 days to spare. Explained the situation the saving angel who is squeezing me in to do it and even she was appalled.
