Not good when a new customer wants to try your services and you're NOT OPEN! Shame on you. Does a bank close early? Nope. What gives you the privilege to be in business and then promote hours that you're not even open. I drive all the way over to you and see this! This is how you loose business! Shame on you! I took my business to Tropical Tan in Palatine, just a few minutes away from L.A. Tan and had a great experience. Two staff members greeted me & were very personable, friendly and gave me great instruction on how to use their modern and well designed tanning beds. I will be back to Tropical Tan tomorrow.
Nice service and clean the only negative is they don't have red light beds just stand up which is hard to stand for 15 min.
