This was the first and worse service I ever experienced from receiving a service. It's also my first and last time ever going to this business. Between the breaks and the workers leaving and not to mention coming in at ten and leaving at two for a just a blow out, Smh. Never again! The woman never apologized. She was very rude and had the nerve to try to extra charge me! I don't know how this place is even in business! A little girl left there in tears right after me.
Three weeks ago I went to get my hair blown out and it was the worst choice I made. Prior to going I've been natural for 3years haven't straighten or had excessive heat to my hair for 2years. After going there my hair thinned out and I have broken spot in my hair everytime I comb my hair, my bathroom floor is full of hair as if I have a cheap weave that sheds. So now I have to go back to no heat on my hair and a lot of deep conditioning treaments to get my hair back health and thick. Its so bad pior to getting it my hair done I had curly hair, now cause of them doing my hair one time and messing it up my curls are almost straight, from one appointment I substained so much heat damage from them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I would have gave them no stars if I could
