DO not go to this!!! disappointment and with your the desk staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. After speaking with the front office staff about making my appointment if felt as if she was going me a favor for allowing me to come to this place lol. I was concerned about the hospitality and expressed my concern, instead of apologizing she told me to call else where. which I will but just beware of who you hire at the front desk LA hair and nails.

First time I had gel manicure with chrome, I was charged less paying with card than I was today paying with cash. I was told discount for paying with cash doesn't apply on Thursdays, which makes no sense because there is no incentive to pay cash if no discount. Which is why I ended up paying with card rather than cash.

I have been to various salons over the years in the Lehigh Valley and Tracy at LA Nails and Hair is by far the best. She is personable, helpful, and phenomenal at what she does. My mom, sister, and sister-in-law all go to her too. She is so good and thorough. If you are looking for a new nail tech, go to Tracy! (But book with her in advance because she has so many customers because she's THAT good!)

My normal nail tech, whom I love was on vacation so I was assigned Tracy today to do my nails. First she didn't help me pick a color, no big deal though, I pick the color that I think is closest to what I wanted and she takes me to her station. I sit down and right away she asks for my hand. I'm a little confused because I always get a design on one finger on each hand, so I asked her if she wanted to see the design that I wanted. She proceeds to tell me that I'm not scheduled for a design. I don't understand because I'm always scheduled for a design since I started going here 6+ months ago. She then refuses to do a design. The kicker, my best friend who I go with every 3 weeks, had the same thing with her appointment where she wasn't scheduled for a design, but her nail technician did the design she wanted (and her nails were finished before mine were). If this isn't bad enough, while I am getting my pedicure done by another nail technician, I have a chance to get a better look at my nails, which ended up being a blue mood changing color (not the color I wanted when I walked into the establishment today) and my nails aren't even completely painted. You can see so much nail on each sides and at the bottom of the nail near the cuticle. After I was done getting my pedicure and went up front to pay I told the receptionist that I wasn't happy with my nails and that they weren't completely painted and if there was any way I could get a discount because I felt like I shouldn't have to pay full price for my nails when they weren't even completely painted. She asked to look at my nails, which I showed her. She went and talked to her manager and then went to Tracy's station then back to me. She said that Tracy wanted to see me. I went over to her and she looked at my hands. She then told me that she wished I had told her before she was with her client. I proceeded to tell her that I didn't notice it until I was getting my pedicure. She then proceeds to tell me that she doesn't paint close to the cuticle because of getting paint on the skin. I told her that I understand that, but I have never left there after getting my nails done and them not be completely painted. For some reason, she thought that filing the sides would help the matter when all it did was take some more paint off of the sides. I ended up leaving, paying full price for nails that aren't completely painted and super upset. I love La Nails and Hair, but I was not a happy customer today. I will go back when my normal nail technician is there, but I will never let Tracy touch my nails again.

I showed up on time for my appointment and had to wait 40 minutes to start. Arrived at 3:15 and didn't start until almost 4pm. At this point I'm frustrated but whatever, nothing I can do now. Sit and get my nails done and come time to pay, the nail tech Linda rushes to ring me up instead of the front desk person who has been ringing people up (I know this because I had 45 minutes to watch people do this). She charges me $48 when I was told on the phone my service was $40, and even called to confirm this price. I did not get any extra services, a plain and simple fill with pink gel manicure. On top of that, my nails are uneven. Not sure why I got charged more when I had to wait so long for my scheduled appointment. Will never return here again and would advise anyone who values their time and money (since you will be overcharged!) against coming here.
