I had my nails done 4 days ago and already to have broken. I told him I needed them thick because I'm hard on them and he said no. He did not want to do them thick. Then he told me he did not like the way my nails looked. He didn't like the colors and the art I had picked. Awful!
Did not listen to what I asking to have done. Yeah, my nails look okay, but not what wanted at all. I'll go back to Tenn Nails where they do know me.

Pedicure today was named Shanda. Not sure I spelled her name right. She was awesome. Did a great job on my feet. They look and feel great. I called ahead and did not have to wait. This spa is very affordable .
If zero stars were an option that's what I would give. No one at the front desk. There is not enough seating in the waiting area. Mostly because their daughter takes up the couch and there are two chairs left for customers. I Had the four year old I watch with me who is extremely well behaved. The guy was very irritated that I had her with me though he didn't care to stop in the middle of my pedicure several times to go take care of his daughter, which I wouldn't have minded if he hadn't been irritated with the fact that I had a kid with me. The pedicure was basic at best. He dug out my in grown toenails without asking. Which is something I prefer to do at home. He also didn't clean the thing that scrapes the dead skin off your feet. All in all and awful experience.
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. The owners bring their young daughter with them and try to care for her while doing mani/pedis. Have one employee working on 3 people at one time. I do not recommend this place. With so many nail salons around you would think they would try to give better service.
