Wow! Maha did such an incredible job and completely exceeded all of my expectations. I was really nervous to do this and I don't wear a lot of make up so I didn't want it to be super obvious or anything but was getting it because I will be losing my natural eyebrows soon. She took so much time to measure out my eyebrows and get it to the correct shape with using references to my lips, nose, forehead, etc. And it totally showed! Not only is she so kind and sweet, she genuinely cares about the work she's doing and does the best job possible. I love how my eyebrows turned out and could not be more pleased. I 10/10 recommend Maha she's been doing it for so many years and has gone out of her way to perfect her technique.

--As I assumed that she would be a professional when she charged the high price for eyebrow blading, I have high hopes for her. However, the eyebrow color is not the same, the lines are not even, some dark, some light. She mixed black and brown at different spots, and the blading was not deep enough so that the lines quickly faded away after the healing. This is the third time I did the eyebrow microblading, and I knew the step as well, as it is just the mini tattoo that you need to know how to use the blade ). Everything would be acceptable to me as I am a very tolerant customer until I asked her what if I had several hair strokes that were not visible enough. I also politely asked her if she could do it without charging me more as I saw my eyebrows did not have even color after the week. And guess what, she said:" Honey, I am not doing touch up free to anyone. My time is money, and I am not going to do free for you, no matter the reason. If I do it for you, then I need to do it for others too ( I guess you have many customers who have the same situation as me, huh?) ". But it is funny that she did not appreciate the valuable time of customers spent on her. She did not count for our driving time, our gasoline cost, and our hard-working money but she was only selfish to think about " her time " ( or her money) . When I brought up the worst customer service that she provided, she just said:" I don't need you to teach me how to do the business" ( yes, you absolutely need to listen to customer feedback to understand how you can run the business. Lastly, after she could not handle the conversation with me, she just said:" I am busy right now, call me next month, okay? " I have politely said okay, but guess what, I am not going back to your place and paying you additional money with my valuable time. If you cannot keep the customer with your performance, at least please build customer service. All of the microblading eyebrows estheticians are increasing daily as the beauty industry is in demand, and we have more choices of choosing the service that meets our expectations and serves better customer service. Smart money, wise time, all.

I got my eyebrows micro bladed by Maha today and am so devastated by the results and this experience. My eyebrows look awful and I realized this from the moment I looked in the mirror. To make this experience so much worse, I told Maha I'd only pay her the $100 deposit and not $500. She locked the door so I couldn't leave and took the key to the door with her, she threatened me and told me I had to pay her the additional $400 to be able to leave. I paid her the $400 but I just paid another $300 to get emergency saline solution to fade the botched brows quicker. I am so angry. I deserve a refund. These are botched eyebrows. Maha if you are reading this, I deserve my money back. You have ruined my face and to make it worse you locked me inside forcing me to pay you. I cannot even believe this unprofessionalism. It is so obvious my brows are botched and the professional thing to do is to refund me. I'm going to have to pay so much money to correct this with laser.

I highly recommend this business for micro blading eyebrows. I am satisfied with the type of work, time and detail Ms. Maha puts into doing my eyebrows. You will be satisfied.
