La Bella Famosa Spa in Brentwood, TN

I received a gift certificate for Christmas. I began attempting to book an appointment in April 2023. After several attempts, I finally received a response stating that, "I may have the wrong location" and that the service I had inquired about (that I chose from their bogus website), wasn't offered and that perhaps I should go to Riviera Spa in Green Hills (this was their previous location). I responded that I had the gift certificate and it was issued from them, in the amount of $400.00. I was given the option of a next day appointment. I couldn't make that and asked if there was anything available for the following Saturday. Lots of back and forth and I was offered a noon appointment on Saturday 5/13/23. I drove 1 hour to the spa, realized that the location I was given wasn't it, drove over to where the automated recording "claimed" the salon was. I was on time, there was nobody there. I called 3 or 4 times, emailed Elizabeth, the owner, called once more, then turned around and drove the hour back home. NOT a single response. I waited until Monday, sent a not so nice email requesting they refund the $ to my friend  and you guessed it, crickets. However, I did get a phone call from the number I had been calling for days @ 9PM on the following Monday or Tuesday. I didn't answer because I was already in bed. I have yet to receive an email response. Zero integrity. I looked them up and they aren't even a functional establishment and haven't been for several months!!! So knowingly the faked this appointment. Why?  All she had to do was say I am in the middle of something, not working, and can I extend the life of your gift certificate or refund you.  I would have gladly waited until she was up and running again, but the scammy way she handled things needs to be addressed. Do not purchase anything from this company, you will be lied to and lose your money.

The naming of the spa is a little confusing and you may end up at the tanning salon next door but once you get here, it is absolutely nice. It's worth the prices and their masseuses are trained. My friend and I looked at this place on a whim to see if they could even fit us in, on the same day and luckily they had availability to do two 90-minute massages. They also have a relaxing room for your before and after service and a steam room. Def worth a try if you are out of town or in town and looking for a relaxing afternoon.

The Cool Springs, Franklin location. Do not buy a Groupon they clearly do not like them. Complaining about how much they get per voucher. If it doesn't make sense for their business as a marketing strategy then don't use them. The goal should be for them to make the Groupons an A+ experience so you think it's worth it to go back at full price. I wouldn't even go here again with another special! They have BAD customer service skills - none to be exact.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and get pampered in Green Hills this is the place!! The Vichy Shower will make you feel like a new person!!! I recommend the LaBella Latte!!!  It was a wonderful combination of a scrub followed by a massage!! Best day ever!!!!

This place was fabulous!  The amenities were great the staff was friendly and Chase gave me an excellent 80 minute massage treatment. I highly recommend this location.  I'm sure I will feel even better tomorrow when I wake up still relaxed.
