The place is clean but my tech only put 2 coats on my big toes and skipped top coat of clear on some nails. Too bad - was looking for a new place but I won't go back.
Great treatment mostly all speak English, friendly, and always do a good job. I highly recommend LV nails to anyone looking to get their nails done and looking nice
This was my second time here & I have a couple good & bad things to say: Bad: - the way they took off my acrylic gel nails was a terrible hurtful experience, my nail tech used an unused acrylic nail to get mine off - I told my nail tech I wanted my acrylic nails to be shorter 4 times, but she refused to & said I had to get them at this length - nail tech got lazy towards the end & rushed to do some of the flowers, so I didn't get my nails done like the way I wanted them -I paid A LOT of $$, when I told my friends how much I paid for my nails they told me I got ripped off Good: -overall the nails turned out really beautiful -nail tech was sweet & great, but I really didn't appreciate the way they took off my nails in the beginning & how they refused to make my new set of nails shorter & to my liking. -the place itself is very beautiful & decor is pleasing aesthetic Honestly I'm debating on coming here again, the way they do nails is beautiful & spot on, but there's no reason why I should've been in pain & I as the customer should be able to do what I WANT, not what the nail tech wants. Plus, is this place overpriced???
I came to this place to get my manicures and pedicures for myself, mom and daughter for my wedding. The concept of this place is lovely. The decor is fun and inviting. Its also great to have a little cocktail while having a relaxing pedicure. I made an appt and we taken care of right away. I was not impressed with the service. It was mediocre at best. My daughter is very shy and didn't tell me until after we left that her technician cut/filed skin off of several of her toes. I do not plan to return though. Again great concept however poor execution..
Second time here and love it just the same . This place does get busy so appointments are always recommended. Matter fact everywhere in this area you need an appointment or you will be waiting for awhile. The customer service is A1 , always clean and not to mention the free refreshments are surely a treat .
