The worst, most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I felt extremely judged and overlooked. The employees were rude, impatient, made unnecessary comments and stared. My party and I had made a reservation for pedicures together, and even though the place was practically empty, my party and I (3 women total), were placed far apart from each other for no apparent reason. So not only could we not sit beside each other in the empty salon, but we also weren't offered a beverage or even a single smile. If you're looking for a safe space to relax and enjoy the salon experience, this is NOT the place. I will never come back to this establishment. Anytime I've been to a good nail salon for a pedicure the exfoliant soap is carefully caressed into my legs/feet. I've never had soap literally just slung onto my legs/feet with no care or intentionality until I came here. And I'm top of this, An employee who wasn't even attending to my nails, went out of her way to come over to tell me the colors I chose clashed. The people are lazy, and flat out rude. If I could give Zero stars, I would.
The best pedicure I've had in a long time. I didn't fly out of my seat like I normally feel like doing when the bottom of my feet are being exfoliated. Most significant is the leg and foot massage.

I always get my nails done,this would be my first and last visit at this salon. The lady that did mine, worked extremely fast and due to this my nails didn't come out the way i wanted them to. I had a picture as well but she didn't refer to the picture however. She didn't snip off my hangnails . Not only that she didn't even use acrylic she used gel when acrylic was supposed to be used for the specific style i wanted. Charges extra for rhinestones like around 20 dollars on top of the price set (the one i was initially. If they saw my reference photo and they set a price I don't understand why they kept adding to the price midway through the processCant do the shape I wanted and very impatient. I said i didn't like it and she starts arguing about it. If you like getting long nails and extra cool designs I don't recommend coming here because it will most likely not come out like your reference photo. HORRIBLE.
We went here early Monday morning and was greeted by owner Liem. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Funny too. He offered us drinks like Pepsi or water. He took his time working with us and we've been here around 2 1/2 hrs. My daughter & I had our nails and pedi done. Very happy with results. Very hygienic & Bathroom is clean too. Their shop is an A grade!! Prices is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place & will definitely come back again. Tell them Rose sent you!
They fool you they are so nice when you come and get your money,but your nails fall off a few days later or lift or the polish is looking crappy from not being done correctly. Watch out you get a whole different response.That Connie is Rude and will try and loud talk you,blame you insult you.lets just say I had to leave before I caught a charge.Nasty woman.
