On line check-in process was a breeze. Upon arrival I was greeted by Shaneka who also cut my hair. She was an absolute pleasure in conversation and provided a wonderful and comfortable atmosphere. Cut looked great and it's a great feeling to be in an out within 15 minute
I stopped in to this Great Clips today because it's in a great location and I use to have my hair cut here many, many years ago. I needed a trim so why not, right?
I went inside, checked in and was told it could be a 25-30 minute wait, but hey, it's Saturday and I have nothing else going on so I took a seat and started reading Twitter posts. Within five minutes Cathy told me she could get me.
Upon immediately sitting down in Cathy's chair she made me feel comfortable. She made me laugh, I made her laugh, and she did her thing. She listened to me about my hair and what I wanted to happen versus just cutting it anyway she wanted and trying to sell me product. I genuinely enjoyed her cutting my hair.
I would highly recommend this Great Clips location and will be going back to see her!
I did some research and all I have to say is it blows my mind that the guy that just cut my hair has 1500 hours of education for his cosmetology license and butchered my hair to the point where i have to wear a beanie 24/7. I showed him a pic at the beginning and he didn't say a word or ask anything the whole entire time.
