Don't go here if you want a peaceful experience. I went here once and was disappointed in the service and the attitude of the staff. All they did was argue amongst themselves almost to the point of fighting. I went ahead and gave them another try along with my daughter and they let an old man do my nails and he had no clue as to what he was doing. An older nail technician lady was rude to my daughter for no reason when she tried to tell them what she wanted without attitude. The staff, once again started to argue very loudly. Their customer service skills are horrible! Don't go here until it's owned by new owners.
DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!! She didn't trim or tweeze my eyebrow like the previous eyebrow technician did. She over waxed my eyebrows and look horrible. She rushed I could've kept my $10 and went elsewhere
Do not recommend this nail salon. They're very rude. Service was horrible. My nails are lumpy and it was very rushed.
Before this place changed ownership I rather enjoyed coming here. I have tried giving the new folks a couple of chances to prove themselves worthy of my money but they have fallen way past short each time. Each time the service has been negligent and unpleasant. The process has been uncomfortable, painful even. The final product (full sets both times with gel paint) looked absolutely disgusting and the nail tech refused to communicate with me about my needs or preferences. I wasn't even asked if I wanted gel polish on my nails, he just assumed. I have found another place now...would NOT recommended going here.
Worst manicure ever. The lady painted completely OVER my cuticles and there's even a hair under the top coat of one nail...she was completely unprofessional and more worried about her phone than providing any sort of customer service.
