Absolutely horrible. Too many people working on pedicures and not enough on nails. Wait time was terrible with no consideration of communication. Will never go back there.

Different approach to a nail salon They don't take appointments - You sign in when you get there and then it's next available, and they call you when they're ready for you. Like call your phone bc they tell/ask you to go wait in your car when you leave your number. Different then any nail salon I've ever been to. They called me an hour and 1/2 after I'd left my name/number. I didn't return

I went here because I've heard mixed reviews. I I can actually say this is the best nail tech I've had. I also let her know that none of my nails were crooked like previously where I have been. I'm still lost at how i owed $60 for a fullset (coffin and gel polish) and a color change on my toes but ehh i guess businesses are going up because my full sets are normally $40. They get you in and get you out without rushing . I'll be back

The best pedicure I have EVER had!!! My feet were HORRIBLE and the woman who did my pedicure worked an absolute miracle! Super sweet, kind, and amazing. I will be back every 3 weeks guaranteed! People complaining about a $2 price discrepancy obviously don't appreciate great skill and service. I tipped $10 because that's all I had, but she deserved more. I was hesitant because my feet were so embarrassing and terrible, but I'm so glad I went! I will be back!

Got the recommendation from a friend saying that they had a good selection of gel polish. I was looking for holographic polish and thought by now someplace in Albany would have. Nonetheless after seeing their gel polish was priced at $35 (in smallbany) it was a no but I decided to get the gel polish I had removed and just a regular manicure. The wait was over 30 mins and then there was another wait once I was actually seated to be serviced. The lady doing my nails seemed like it may have been her first time (although she said it wasn't) she didn't have the drill high enough to remove the polish and she filed my nails crooked. Not only that, the polish job was off as you can tell in the pictures, the manicure didn't even come with a basic lotion massage, let out ashy and everything. If only that's where it ended... I was charged $17 for my manicure and the board list the price at $15. My cousin was there and had a manicure as well and she was charged $12 wth. I also heard a regular customer mention that the last time she was there she paid less for the same service she was receiving today. While my cousin was getting her nails done, the tech was also working on someone else going back and forth between the both of them. I'm sure they do great work, if you go to the right person. The owners wife fixed a nail I'd smudge and her paint job was perfect. However, the inconsistencies with pricing and the customer service is annoying. I am currently begging my friend to open a nail salon that focuses on customer service, professionalism, and actual quality nail care/designs.
