Always an amazing experience when I go! I've been going here since they opened a few years ago and their service has only gotten better with time. I faithfully go to this location to get acrylic sets. I went on vacation and desperately needed a fill so I went to a different salon (big mistake). When I came back home I went straight to LP Nails & Spa and they took the time to completely fix everything that was wrong with my nails. I even had one broken nail that he didn't charge me for which was absolutely amazing. This place always has good customer service and great prices it is definitely overlooked.

I've had one great experience with LP nails, but the last two times have been awful. The last time specifically I made an appointment and instead of taking me at my time they took the three walk-ins as they had been sitting there longer (even though yes, I made an appointment). From there, they had me sit in a chair and soak my feet for 15 minutes to try and kill some time and once they came over to start the man who was with me would not cut my nails -- he'd barely touch them and then pretend to file them down. It was unreal, so I ended up drying my feet and leaving. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went down the street to Nail Style & Spa who were lovely.

Had the worst experience I've ever had at a Nail Salon. First, this place is dirty. I almost walked out when I first walked in but decided to give them a chance based on the reviews I saw on here. The woman who was doing my toes was hurting me and kept making me bleed. I thought maybe I was just being sensitive. Then she quickly told me I was done... I asked for a gel pedicure and she did not put my feet under any lights. I asked THREE TIMES "is this gel?" She said yes. Whatever. Then we go over to get my nails done. And my feet being right under hers, she kept messing up my toes. I asked her to fix them and she got all huffy and puffy and did a half ass job. My manicure took an hour... AN HOUR. For a simple gel color change. And she huffed and puffed the whole time giving me nasty glances and finally when she was done she said "my gosh, you go home". Yes I heard her correctly. My nails look decent but the service and the atmosphere was horrendous and I will never be back. Don't go here. There's plenty of other salons in Lockport much nicer.
