I have been going to Nami at L'OR Salon for the past twelve years and can tell you that Nami is amazing! I am very, very picky and tried over 14 salons when I first moved to the area years ago. Nami is meticulous and always does a fabulous job with my cut, color, blow dry and Japanese relaxer. She is an expert when it comes to Japanese relaxers and is the go to person in the industry. Victor and Paul the other stylists are also fabulous and Victor always does a great job doing my blow dry on the rare occasions Nami is away. Elba has been washing my hair for almost the twelve years I have been going to Nami. she also does an excellent job and Najelli is great as well. L'OR Salon is by far the best salon in the area!
I lost a lot of hair over the past nine months and was extremely nervous about having it cut and cleaned up. I knew it would have to be short and I'm used to hair beneath my shoulders. I called the salon and spoke to Victor. He was very kind and knowledgeable about my thin hair. We set up an appointment for the next day. Wow!! My husband (in our over 30 years of marriage) has NEVER liked a haircut when I come home!! Until now!!! I have a short crop - above shoulders - and am so happy! My hair feels healthy and is colored to a perfect shade. Absolutely thrilled with the results and my husband keeps complimenting me on it! Can't ask for more than that! Thank you Victor! Since it was my first time at L'Or Salon in King Farm, I decided to arrive early. I had to fill out a client consent form. The hair wash station was comfy. It came with a leg rest! Elba washed my hair. She noticed that I had a dry scalp and did some scalp exfoliation before washing my hair. I enjoyed the head massage too. Victor blowdried and styled my hair with a blowdrier, flat iron, blowdry primer, and hair spray. I'd definitely return for a future Wash & Blowdry.
My *former* colorist dyed my hair waaaaay too dark compared to its natural color. I was furious for a week. I made an appointment with L'Or ( or however they spell it). They were able to fix the problem without bleaching/damaging my hair. Got an excellent cut to boot. There is so much laughter in the salon, I felt like I was among friends. I don't want you to have *my* appointment, come to think of it. So...forget the rave review ;)
I see Victor about every six weeks. I always have a great experience. The staff is always knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I definitely recommend!
