I walked in and was instantly turned off by the 1980's feel of the salon, its 2016 and your in Los Altos a remodel would be nice. The hair dresser I met with was extremely short and I felt as if she shooed me away. This is my hair I'm going to ask a lot of questions if you don't have the patience then chose a different profession
I found L'image after I complimented a woman at my church whose hair looked really great. The woman told me that Tracy at L'image colors and cuts her hair, so I made an appointment with Tracy. I recently had my hair colored at another salon, so Tracy just cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. She is very skilled, easy to engage with, and has a good eye for what works and what doesn't work. I definitely plan to go back to Tracy for additional work on my hair.
