A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.
The prices for different nail services at L'Amour Nails & Spa can be found on their official website, in-salon brochures, or by contacting the salon directly.

horrible customer service. The question was asked why glue was used instead of removing the lifted acrylic and I was told that I had to go since I was not happy with the service aren't I allowed to ask a question about my nail care that I have to pay you for.hmmmm interesting! I give a negative 0 if I could!
I have been coming to this nail salon for years. Recently, I paid for a no-chip manicure from this salon & it didn't even last a full week. A no-chip manicure typically lasts me 3-4 weeks. I came in on two different occasions to get my nails fixed because the polish began to peel off. With no chip polish, this has never happened to me. The worker in the photo was very rude and disrespectful to me when I asked for the nails that had polish peeling off to be fixed. I will not be returning or wasting my money here ever again. No one deserves to spend money on their nails, only for them to be poorly done. Not to mention, it's extra money for no-chip polish to begin with.. If I could add 0 stars, I would.
Not too great, paid $75 for a pink and white ombré. I got them short. I got them done on 8-11-22 it is now 8-16-22 and they are starting to lift! The lady that done my nails, was on the phone the whole time, multiple nails were glued on crooked, as well as the acrylic. Some of those nails were fixed but I am not amused with them. they are charging $10 just for a coffin and then another $15 for how short they are. On the Facebook page it says $50+. Never would have thought for $15 for a nail that doesn't even go 1/4 of an inch off of my nail bed. The acrylic by my cuticle is so thin I can see the white acrylic though it, I choose the dark pink.
I've been coming to this salon for 5 years. Today I had the most awful experience and will not be back. The first thing I did when I came into the salon before I even signed in I was showed a picture of what I wanted and asked if it was a design they could do. The guy confirms it's something they can do, tells me to pick a base color, and that the tech will pull the colors for the design. When the tech gets me I show her the picture and she zooms in and acknowledges the design etc. I ask for my nails to be trimmed and she basically butchers them - way too short. She laughs and calls them "baby nails". That doesn't bother me. They're nails, they'll grow back. whatever. We talk about the design and how it'll be tough with the new length of the nail and I tell her it doesn't need to be exact like maybe less flowers. I'm honestly real easy going with these things. She paints the base color. Puts things away and tells me what the cost like we're done. I was confused and told her I wanted the design. She says the nails are short and it wouldn't look good. She asks what color I want for the design (flowers) and told her the guy said they would take care of it. She tells me the pedals are white and I said they're not white... Back and forth ensures and she brings someone over who picks helps with the color but brings one back that blended too much into the base color. She painted one pedal and I said that's too light. She paints another pedal with the same color and, again, I tell her it's too light at this point I start doubting and say I think I might just change to no design. She gets another color and it's better. At this point a different lady is doing the design, the original tech is watching, and another tech walks over and they all start talking and laughing. I can tell the original tech is talking about the length of my nails because of her hand gestures. They continue laughing. One lady walks away and two others walk over. They're again all talking and laughing. At this point I am feeling humiliated and I've stopped looking at the ladies in the eyes and get real quiet. I'm so uncomfortable. The nails turn out okay and I rush out as fast as I can.
I've been getting my nails (both hands and feet) done for years. (Yes, I'm an ol' pro!) The positive: Welcoming atmosphere, and the pedicure area is plentiful! They even have a small inset area if you had only two in your party and wanted a relaxing, "all to yourself" feel. Never rushed through a pedicure, they do a great job, and the massage chairs feel great. I highly recommend letting your feet get pampered here! Not so positive: I've had my powder dip nails done three times here. After COVID I decided it was time to get back into the swing of things and came with my sister to have them powder dipped. We were both impressed by not only the detail given to the nails, but the fact they held up for the three weeks before I could get back in. When I came back the second time, I had a young man do the next set. I don't want to hurt any feelings, but these nails were god awful. In less than a week, one had popped off. Two more followed shortly after that and by day ten I had all ten off without any prying. Normally they have to apply acetone to loosen the gel, no need this time. Even after that occurred, I still decided to give the benefit of the doubt and returned for another set. I explained my issue to who seems to be the head manager there and he set me up with a nice young woman. She completed my set, charged me ten more dollars than the last appointment, & regretfully had lifting and a break again well before the two week mark. (I work in an office so my nails are not used in any rough way.) With all that said, if you're looking for a pedicure, this is certainly the place to go. Powder dipped nails? Meh, I think I'd try elsewhere. Nails and the upkeep isn't cheap, so when they lift on their own and need fixed after a week, it gets extra expensive.
