These pictures were taken at the end of my manicure and pedicure. This is not the "before pic", it is the after. I showed the person that took care of me the pics. She suggested to fix it at home. It was a long senseless leg massage and 1 minute taking care of the dry feet. Also, taking care of your cuticle is not something they seem to include in your mani. I paid 111 dollars, without tip.
Staff was pushy and kept recommending the gel pedicure after I requested a classic pedicure and stated that they don't have many non gel nail polishes left and that they are old and "not very good" quality. I eventually found a color in a plain polish and stuck with the classic pedicure. They rushed through it and I felt uncomfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately, it was not a relaxing experience.
I've given this salon now three chances. Every time they are way behind my appointment time, rush thru the service and are fairly rude. Today was the last straw. I booked a pedicure and to have my nails removed and simply painted. The pedicure was fine, they removed the nails and told me they didn't have time to paint them. Ok? So, I am just suppose to leave with ground down nasty nails? Kinda seems opposite of the point of coming. I am done with it and will not return. Extremely disappointed. Good thing Pro Nails is just next door and could accommodate me the second I walked in and actually apologized for LA nails.
They are my favorite nail salon in Northfield. They recently remodeled and the new pedicure and manicure stations are beautiful. I appreciate that they use new and sterilized equipment for each client. They are always able to fit us in on short notice and do a beautiful job accommodating my request for different artwork on my toes. Best of all the gel pedicures last at least a month!
Amazing nail salon.... Staff are friendly and the place is clean!! I had my nails done by Lam!! He did an amazing job! Will continue to get my nails done here..
