Went to get my acrylics removed. Absolutely awful. Instead of soaking my nails like a regular salon, they just ripped them off. I wasted 20 dollars on something I could have done myself. They were super aggressive and painful. It left my nails weak, looking so bad and many layers of nail was ripped. They do not take card and don't have signs. It was only after my appointment that he told me they don't take card. DO NOT go here to get your acrylics removed.
Charged me $15 for acrylic removal. Didn't even soak or file the acrylics down, just ripped them off. Damaged my nails and was extremely painful. They don't take card, but didn't tell me this until AFTER the service. Rude all around
We went here to get our nails done for my sister's wedding about a month ago and while she had made a reservation for 8 people over a week before, there were still just two people working in the small shop when we arrived. There were also almost 10 people who stopped by while we were in there and asked when they'd be able to get in-it just seemed very rushed and chaotic, even though it ended up that we were in there for almost 3 hours! Not amazing when 1. we had a reservation and 2. it was the day before the wedding and extra time was not to be found. Both of the employees were very polite and friendly, but I was still a little put-off that we had to wait so long and it was such a process. I'll definitely be trying someplace else next time.
I've been getting my nails done at this salon for a long time now. Probably around 6 yrs or so. I go to Tom and he is fast and does my nails that why I like. I've tried every other nail place around and I haven't like any of them as they are too hard on my fingers and take way to long. I can get in and out in 45 minutes if I'm in a hurry and I like that! I make appointments so I can get in as they get busy. You can walk in too but you might have to wait a short wait. It depends how busy they are.
