Not a good place they cut my finger muntiple times and i was bleeding they still charged me $40 after that the nails looked horrible and the guys at the salon were staring at me the entire time save your money on this place and go to a real salon
I used to enjoy going here for my pedicures, but for the past two times I've tried to get one it has been a huge waste of my time. The wait became wayyyy too long and I gave up and left. There are only two nail technicians, which is half of what there used to be. If you're told it will be a half hour wait, be prepared to double that...and be sure to add in time for one of the two techs to go out for a smoke before serving his next customer.
My girlfriend liked it, go to the guy with glasses, lots of fake reviews giving this place a bad name tbh.
This place is the last place I will go from now on. When I arrived there were no customers but me. The young girl started my pedicure. Within 15 minutes, they were full. The owner yelled for the person working on me to start someone else. She came back to me, polished my toenails, went back to the other person . Then she started my manicure, there in the pedicure chair. She polished me off. I went to the blower table, dried the nails and left. When I got into the car, I looked at the nails. They were bubbled. I went back, Showed them to the owner. He proceeded to remove the polish, didn't clean the nails, but gave them 1 coat of polish ! I asked for my money back but he said they didn't give money back. I told hIm I would never come back !!!
I've had my nails done for 25 years+. This is absolutely the worst place ever. They sterilize nothing!! They run the dremel so fast that my nails were on FIRE!! I was in tears. After I was finished, the nail tech started to dab on the oil & stopped, grabbed another well used, obviously dirty nail file & started filing off my finished polish. I tried to ask what was wrong but - obviously she didn't understand English. She redid the gel. It ended up looking ok except she didn't do the sides on most of my nails. The tech's clothing were filthy and as she dremeled off nail debris, she pulled off the paper towel and continued to dump it on the floor. It was horrifying!! I need to report this horrible place. They did wear masks but my tech didn't cover her nose with her mask. This should be a ZERO star review.
