Live in Frankfort and drive further to the one in New Lenox. CLEAN KIND FAST to help customers I wish all the locations they had were ran this great ! Just a phenomenal staff and service. A+ to everybody at New Lenox. Manager is the absolute best at offering products, timing, beds, etc. . LA Tan shoudl be proud of their New Lenox , Il location !
All employees are knowledgeable and friendly ! They also never push you to get a more expensive package then what your originally planning on purchasing. The atmosphere is good and all the rooms along with the beds are clean.
the girl who is working tonight is awesome! I wish I got her name, so nice and let me tan last minute, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc I really like a level 3 lay down and they don't have 1 here. also I think there is only one level 4 lay down so i always let my friend have it when we go and i always have to do a level 3 stand up (which is great and hot but sometimes i am not feeling well enough to stand). also love that there is water availiable :) && I think a key tag (like for grocery store rewards) would be a great way to check ppl in faster, I did not like the fingerprint method.
Clean. Nice people. Good prices. Only suggestion: They really need to have a different way to check people in and not make them wait while they help people who are making purchases, asking about memberships, etc. The line can get long and a lot of times I wait longer in line than I'm actually tanning!
A very nice and clean tanning salon. One of the best LA tans I have been too! I went around 8 pm on a Monday night and it was empty. The girl at the front was very friendly. When I left she stopped cleaning (must be why it is so nice) to say good bye.
