Hours posted on the store door are 9a-9p mon - Friday. Very rarely does anyone show up for their shift on time to open at 9a (its 9:20 as I sit outside writing this & no one is here). But don't try to come in at 8:45p because they will tell you it's too late since they have to close on time! They should change their hours to 10 if they are never going to be open at 9.
I do not know where to begin. Every single day there is an issue. They knew they were out of solution in the spray tan machine I had just used. I had never used a spray tanning machine before . I had suspicions so I went the next day and confirmation was given. So why did no one call me? Plus I had to drive out of my way and do it again. Nothing offered for compensation either. Every day a machine is down. Or, makes a horrible sound the entire time you're in a bed??? What's with the gross marks on the bed glass?
Brooke was very helpful and nice when it came to explaining how the spray tan machine worked. I always see her working very hard to keep the salon clean and very efficient when taking care of customers.
This location is awesome. The girls are all so cute and sweet and very knowledgable and helpful. Never had a wait to get into a bed. They store your lotion and eyewear there (if you ask) which is nice because I always forget or lose my stuff. The beds and the salon always look clean.
LA Tan is a full service tanning salon. In addition to offering these services, massage therapy is also available. The massage therapist's card is availabe at the front desk or if you call they may give you the phone number of the therapist to schedule your appointment.
