L.A. TAN in Fairborn, OH

Haley is so helpful , I wasn't sure what lotion to get and she helped me decide what is best for me. She definitely has a great personality for sales. Easy to talk to also.

Waiting to be contacted by corporate person- Danielle for LA Tan Huber Heights about a refund for my remaining 4 sessions. Bought a spray tan pkg. 6/8/20. I have skin cancer, from many happy times laying in the sun in my youth. So for years I have went to many different spray tanning salons. I had never been to a LA Tan Salon before. My first session at LA Tan I turned orange, and I thought this has NEVER happened before, probably just a fluke, tried it again, again I turned orange. I don't know why, maybe like some people with jewelry their skin will turn green.... I don't know, I just want refunded for my remaining 4 sessions.

BUYER BEWARE - Absolutely the worst tanning experience my husband and I have had. The facilities and beds are severely out-dated (the level 5 bed I was in had burnt out bulbs and sounded like a jet). Definitely not a relaxing experience. Additionally, I usually have some color on my skin within a few hours after tanning, but no color was achieved with this session. My husband and I purchased the one month unlimited tan all access pass before our first tanning session. Since we both were very disappointing with the facilities and the lack of tan, we contacted LA Tan within 24 hours for a partial refund. We wanted to only be charged for the single session rather than a full month. To put this in perspective, a single session is $25 + tax while the full month unlimited was $116.75 (including tax). We were seeking a refund for the difference ($90.06 each). It has been 10 days of speaking with LA Tan. They refused to give us our money back and say it is their policy to not give any refunds at all. They mentioned they have some more updated facilities nearby, but the closest one is 25 minutes away which is not convenient for an unlimited monthly tanning pass. At this point, we are going through our credit card companies to try to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and go to more updated facilities or try a different company altogether.

I love Fairborn LA Tan! Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful. Also it is very clean. :)

Everything is always clean and decorated so cute. The staff is never anything but friendly and helpful. I would absolutely suggest this location to any of my friends looking for a place to go tan.
