READ the menu. These people will try to charge you more than the listed price and then ask for tip AND cash. Dishonest. CRAPPY service. Always leave hating my eyebrows or having to clean them up because they have no skill or method. I will never return here and always deter people away from here.
First picture is what I received and 2nd is what I asked for.. I am so disappointed.. I was in the area and stopped by for a dip manicure with a full set. I always get round nails and this is what I received.. not sure how I can fix this!
Their hours post that they close at 7:30 pm. I arrived at 6 pm to get gel nails. Basic gel nails can be done in less than an hour and there were nail techs available. The nail tech I had was inhospitable and appeared annoyed that she had to perform the service. She finished my nails by 7 pm and rushed through the hand massage service. If they actually close at 7pm, they need to update their operating hours or don't accept clients after 5:30 pm to ensure a better client experience!

I'm very mad at what I got, the first picture is what i asked for and the rest is what i got. i got a full gel set for homecoming and i hate them, they're chunky, uneven, there are places where my regular nail is sticking out, and she got the gel under my nail and didn't clean it up. i would never recommend gel nail from here.
