I just moved here from Tennessee and I started coming here and soo far it's been pretty good like they do my nails right! It's clean and just a nice place tbh the only thing that I would say they lowkey need to work more on customer service but personally I don't really care as long as my nails are good and fair prices. Also make an appointment like they seem busy for walk ins
Rudest owner ever. Seriouslysat in his chair - "what do u want?" He yelled. Then when I said I had no apt he looked at me and said "we have no time for you". Ass. I would never ever go to this place again. Horrible and left a bad taste.
This was my second time visiting this nail salon based on the recommendation of a local. Both times I arrived without a reservation and both times I was seated within 5 minutes. I had a different technician each time and both were extremely professional and kind. They let me play on my phone and enjoy my massage, and took their time and did an amazing job. The massage and scrubs are perfect, especially for the price, and the polish jobs are immaculate. Being from Woodbury, I'm accustomed to $50 pedicures with rushed service and lazy polish jobs. I am so pleased by my experiences here and will now wait until I'm in town to get all of my pedicures!
DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! Go to Top ten nails instead! I went here today while visiting Austin,MN and I only needed one of my gel nails replaced and THE MANAGER(a very rude man) asked me if I had a appointment, when I told him I apologize but I did not have an appointment he responded "well then I don't have time for you" then he waved me out of the door! There were only two people getting their nails done in the entire place! This place has the worst customer service I have ever received and I will be making a few complaints to the city on this store. This town is full of very nice people and this nail salon does not deserve to be placed in this town! If I could rate this business with zero stars, I would!
