I should have read the reviews before going to this salon :(. I just want to cut my hair short so I think they can do it because it's an easy hairstyle. She cut my hair with a knife I guess? A don't think it's a scissor, and because I have bleached my hair before so she dyed my hair black. Total charged 140$. Not worth it and my hair suck. The cut is uneven :( I will have to fix it with another salon. Not recommend coming here.
This salon has terrible customer service! My aunt got her hair done there and they completely ruined it! They did NOT give her the color that she wanted, and then charged her an outrageous price for it! She left very upset about her hair, that soon after she talked to them about fixing it and they said they would for free, she went and they gave her the color that she initially went in with! And then they charged her another $200 even though in the phone they said it would be free! Terrible customer service, and even worse cosmetology skills. I would NEVER recommend this salon, not even to someone that I dislike.j
Terrible place. the stylist barely spoke any English and spent all her time talking to someone else in Spanish. when she was done with my hair, she didn't even let me look at it and started in on a super high pressure sales pitch to make me buy the expensive product that does nothing for my hair. she charged me 20$ for the haircut and basically begged for a tip on top of the 35$ product i bought. when i got home i was able to see the hack job she did on my hair, it was awful and nearly brought me to tears. it was uneven in the back, it looked like stairs were hacked into my hair with the left side shorter and longer in the middle and longest on the right. which was nothing near what i told her to do. i did not go back and make her fix it because i was afraid of what she would do to it then. i went someplace else to get it fixed. DO NOT waste your money here. read the "filtered" review below, it's about the same person.
