I just discovered this place in January and like their check-in system. My first visit was amazing, and I loved my nails. It was a football Sunday and not busy at all. Flash forward to this Sunday when it was very, very busy. I had an 11:30 am appointment and left just before 1:30pm after a powder dip and toe nail color change (no pedicure). When I arrived, they had equal numbers of employees to customers, but the lady who worked on my toes could not work on my hands for some reason. She was wandering about as I waited with my nails wrapped in acetone/cotton for almost an hour, with no access to my phone or the ability to go to the restroom. By the time the smallest girl working there got to unwrapping my nails several people had come in for walk in appointments. Instead of asking people to come back they all just started working faster. This led to a sloppy job after nearly 2 hours of being there. I was pretty disappointed in that experience compared to the one 3 weeks prior. I asked to see the dip colors when I was having my toes worked on, but the lady said no because my fingernails were wrapped. I dont know why that was an issue since my nails are almost always wrapped when I look through nail colors at every salon. So in the end the shade I picked from the only book they finally gave me when I was sitting in the chair was pretty sheer. The gal removing the previous dips should have been more careful to get all the old color off before dipping the new ones. The result was that you can see the old color under my new dips under a couple of my nails. If that were the only issue I wouldn't be upset, but there was also a nail that I showed the girl was missing the new dip powder. She argued with me saying it was there, I just couldn't see it. She was correct that something was there, it was just the clear dip, not the sparkly stuff that I wanted. Had there not been a huge line she wouldn't have been rushed, and should have fixed the errors. Instead she just hurried through. They need to learn to slow down or ask people to come back so they can focus on people who are already in the chairs.
Terrible service! I would normally not go through the trouble of posting a Yelp review however, the service was so PAINFUL that it would be a disservice to not inform others. Maybe not everyone who works there is incompetent but the lady that worked on my nails began by just having an attitude (I was there with my 2 daughters, 9&10 who were also getting their nails done - gift from grandma), then she used the cuticle tool and just jabbed it repeatedly to the base of my nail. After that torture, she used the scissors to trim the cuticles causing cuts on 8 of 10 fingers. To further add pain, she used the nail sanding Dremel tool on the base of my nails with the sander rotating on the skin/cuticle area causing it to bleed further. She disregard my comments and body reaction about the pain she was causing and never apologized for hurting me to the point that 8/10 fingers weee bleeding! If this wasn't bad enough add the acetone she squirted on my cut fingers. It took everything in me not to get up and just leave. Yes, I have had my nails done many times. I know the expectations. This lady should not be able to work in a salon. I'm just glad the nail techs that my kids had were more conscientious and did not hurt them, mama bear would not be as kind!
Tiffany is the best! Love Heidi and Tony too! All of my pedicures result in the Best massages ever!
They do a beautiful job on my nails but they don't honor your appointment time. Why ask you to make an appointment then make you wait an additional 45 minutes pass your appointment time to do your nails.
When i got my nails done they were done poorly and i was cut multiple times throughout the whole process, as well as multiple crooked nails.... my friend showed the person a reference picture of the nails she wanted and cut them much shorter than expected without even checking as well as messing up the initial written on her ring finger Although Tiffany is amazing and if you're gonna book i recommend it with her!!!
