I usually don't write reviews but I am disappointed about the quality of this mani. I am from out of state and decided to get a mani and pedi at this location. Costed $85 to get both done together. Went there on 5/20/2023 and my nails began to chip by 5/22/2023. Before leaving, there was a bubble on my left thumb which I didn't think much of but then all my nails began to chip. I have the confirmation of payment as well as evidence of service. Everything felt rush since they had a lot of people. I would suggest visiting a different place.

Well this is not the first time that I called well ahead and scheduled an appointment just to have the appointment time not honored and told I would have to wait until walkin customers were finished ! Not good customer service ! They do good work most of the time but my time is $$ ! I can't spend endless hours waiting !
I have been coming here for almost a year and they always do a good job! All services are well done and they try very hard to get you in quickly without an appointment. I like that they have a rewards program and with their new computer system, the points are automatically applied. No more carrying the card! You get extra points if you pay cash. Really like the staff.
The best place for a pedicure. I've been going to L & V for years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Their staff is so friendly, they remember my name and my service, even if it's been a few weeks since a visit. I've been taking my daughter there since she was 13 to get her nails done and the staff treats her like family. I highly recommend them.
