I wanted to try a new place then where I normally go so I walked in here there was no one there but they acted like I ruined there whole day being there the guy doing my nails was very rude my nails was uneven and he told me one price but ended charging me more at the end I would never go back even if it was to just get paint
The most unfriendly nail salon I have ever visited. My husband and myself went in at 6:30pm for two pedicures. The lady immediately looked at her watch and said "ok, pick a color". Two other customers were already receiving services. No one waiting. 3 employees working. Both the salon techs were rough and unfriendly. I has trying to explain my large toe was ingrown. He said "I know". No massage on mine, he only laid the warm towels on my leg. My husband received a little massage. While doing my nails, he kept twisting my leg in a awkward manner. When finished painting, he said... "do not move" and put a fan on them. We will not be going back. Pedicures should be enjoyed and a luxury.
4/13 I liked their work , however the atmosphere is not good. They do fast work too, the massage for your legs doesn't last long. Not friendly, not one person was smiling. No one asks to wait etc. they just assume you will. I think they need a professional etiquette class. They all looked mad and not happy. No talking to you for any reason except to pay. LOL
My last time here. Used to be a decent place but the last few times my nails have looked like an amateur did them. Had to ask for them to be redone today because they were my wedding nails and they looked like crap. The polish is either old or off brand.
First time every going, not very friendly or customer service oriented. . Not even A hello how are you when you walk in , or thank you come again, not even a conversation while having service done. Nah will not return
