If I could, I would rate it 0! About six months before my wedding, I started researching makeup professionals and found Gislaine Costa, an employee at KS, a person who gave me a lot of confidence. During the consultation, the makeup artist presented some inconsistencies, such as: having charged the value of Uber transportation and saying that she would ask the owner of the salon to take her and she would keep the amount for herself; said that the photos of my preparation could not be done, as she was working without a license, as she was trying to get a student visa (does not allow work), but was telling immigration that makeup was a hobby (basically putting me as accomplice to a crime); And she gave me values that were clearly abusive and outside the table of the salon itself. These inconsistencies made me question a lot whether I would carry out the hiring. During the wedding process, I had a serious health problem and I informed the makeup artist that communication was complicated by my hospitalizations, I offered another contact and everything; and she informed me by message that the day was reserved for me. When I went to pay only 50% (I would pay the other 50% after the service, as agreed), the professional denied the entire agreement. And he said it was 100% the day before - absurd because no professional works with 100% before booking. When I informed her that I would follow the agreement of going to pay 50% the day before and the other 50% on the day, she freaked out and was super rude. So, ONE DAY BEFORE my wedding, the professional calls me and informs me that she will not do my makeup, that she would only do it if I went to her - and when I hired her, I told her that she would only do it if the makeup was done at the place of party. The professional claimed that I should have paid everything already, and that since she was pregnant, she would no longer make that effort. A huge lack of respect, do not hire at all.

I love this place. I arrived from Miami Tu Spa Salon completely depressed without nails and my hair needing attention. Moving is complicated and adaptations to an other professional stressful. So happy to find this salon they are so sweet and professionals now I realize how bad was the salon in Miami! My nails are fiber glass now so perfect and durable thanks Leticia Missing my hairstylist so bad but Wania made my roots with an hydratation
