Lovely place. Great service. Clean and efficient. They were on time and treated me well. They take steps to keep the place clean and observe pandemic safety protocols.

Had my first experience at KRS Hair studio today after reading great reviews here on Yelp! I have been researching good quality waxing salons for my first Brazilian wax and was drawn to KRS due to its close location to my home and the great reviews. The salon itself is really nice and inviting. The staff was really nice when I arrived and kindly instructed me to wash my hands before waiting for my appointment. The covid safety precautions are good as well, everyone masked and social distances. I was very nervous but Kim was very calming and professional during the entire time I was there. She was empathetic and made sure to walk me through every step before she did it. She was also really easy to talk to and friendly. Afterwards she was very good at explaining post-wax instructions and recommendations for skincare between waves. I definitely recommend KRS for waxing and I will be back!

KRS Hair Studio is my joint! I finally found "the barber" that I've always wanted. He hooks it up exactly the way I want it done each and every time. Was suggested to come here from a friend of mine and no regrets for listening to them. What I love most is the ease of making an appointment and being able to have an appointment. Doing the whole walk in thing can be miserable. Instead I go right online and make that appointment for a precision cut. Come right in, wash the hands and phone off and also these days you must wear your mask! Still get the same great service as pre-COVID times despite the new "fashion" requirements. Kris and his team are friendly and just do an all-around great job with the service and the atmosphere. This is the shop! Kung-fu shows and old school R&B playing all while you lounge and get your hair done!

I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to find a place to pamper myself - I had been trying to get my eyebrows done back home for a while. My cousin recommended this place and after reading reviews I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I had an excellent experience with Kim - she was so personable and did a great job. I inquired about the eyelash extensions and their technician was fully booked but her and her technician went out of their way to squeeze me in before my trip ends. For my next visit to Wisconsin I'll definitely be back.

Finding a good hair salon is like finding gold. Its a dime a dozen. And KRS is definitely gold. The stylist are professional ,lively and talented. The products are natural and refreshing. My hair feels and looks amazing when I leave here. I would recommend Star X to take care of your locks or natural hair needs any day. KRS is the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing hair pamper day.
