Then I got a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I have called multiple times trying to speak with Chloe. The person answering was nice when I called but no one called me back to tell me why this was happening. So yesterday I tried one more time. I made an appointment online for today at 10 AM and at 9:30 I have a text message saying that my appointment has been denied. What is happening? Not a professional way of running a business!
Booked appointment and a few weeks later on day of appointment I received a text at 7 am that said appointment was denied. Seriously? Guess they don't need customers too badly. Good thing because I will never ever go here. There are a lot better places.
