A sew in , lasted 3 days, paid 200 , never again. She will tell you 160 over phone then once your hair is done its 200, stay away.

KISY Braid Creations where can I start??? First off, this braid shop has open door policy with employees.. too many different employees. This has been going on for years. Even if you bring your own hair, Kisy will always say you wanted bigger braids and it will cost more and more hair will be needed!! Excuse me, I always bring in my hair so that's never an issue. The styles I get, are no more than a two hour service. She did a sew I. With no hair out and a closure. My hair looked like a cheap wig. The hair that I bought from her shop needed to be threw out. You could wear the hair as straight or wavy. When I wet the hair, it stunk really bad and when you brushed the hair, it shedded really bad. I even referred a fried to her for faux locs, the style looked like Anjelica from the rug rat cartoon. The employe' are tolerant until you say you don't like the style. Then they start talking in their language. The even wash your hair, color your hair, which they don't suppose to. The shop chairs are ragged and needs to be replace. she charges a lot for mediocre styles and it's always different people. Last but not least, if you don't buy her products or hair, it's a problem. There are too many other shops in the Burnsville and Eagan area!! Kisy Braid Creations please take note !!! I hate giving one star !!

Ive been to Kisy 3 times already. Once for 6 yo daughter and twice for myself. Firstly, I love that I can do my appointment online...wasy peasy. There is a $25 fee but it is applied to your appointment. I also like that you can purchase hair there....and that parking is so easy. The staff is really nice. And Kisy is just wonderful as the owner. All the braiders are talented and the prices are reasonable. Ill go back again for sure!
