I love Kims Nails. My husband and I both go there periodically for pedicures, and I have my nails done there all the time. The wait can be long, but the one thing I appreciate about them is no matter how many people are waiting, you never feel like they are rushing you. It's a bummer if you don't get there early and have to wait, but again, when it's your turn, you still get their full attention. They have always done an excellent job.
I've been going to Kim's on and off for years. The staff is friendly, the service is good, prices are reasonable and the gel nails consistently last me almost 2 weeks. The major downfall is the face they are consistently shortstaffed for the large amount of customers they have. They do get very busy, so be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. They do their best to accommodate, but this busy working mom doesn't have much time to waste sitting and waiting for a nail service.
