I would like to state from the beginning that i am a Melanated Man with an ailing mother who needed to feel special.
A mani pedi normally does the trick. But not with Kevins nails.
We had an appointment that we were on time for, and were passed by 2 white couples after waiting for 30 minutes.
This place is racially biased and will skip people of color to service white people. I was appalled at the treatment of myself and my mother. It was hard to believe that a professional business,  that is supposed to treat all customers equally would treat anyone like this. Do not support this racially biased business!

I asked for a soak off and the nail tech continued to cut my nails and putting a fake nail under to pry it off. I said that it hurt and she still pull them off after that I said I WOULD LIKE A SOAK OFF she said that it would take to long. I don't care how long it takes I want my nails done right! I was going to just get up and leave but half were broken. So then she actually with an attitude soak them off after that I didn't think even want a service. And I still paid $10 for this. HORRIBLE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Also they are racist towards black people they won't greet you and also they will not be friendly.

Very disappointed.  I went and got a pedicure and gel manicure and in 3 days my nails were already peeling. I called and was to to come in.  I was not able to go to the next week. I go in and am told that I was supposed to take a picture of my nails.   I was not told or did not understand person to that said to do so.  I come in to get fixed and am told I was supposed to have taken a picture.   They were not helpful whatsoever.  I spent $80 for pedicure and manicure with a tip.  Ridiculous.  I have never gone back to a nail salon to get something fixed so I wasn't expecting this.   8 days after a gel Hi Joe manicure. My nails are already peeling . Maybe I'm expecting too much from a gel manicure but I expect it to last more than eight days. Adding a picture now

I will never visit this place again. I went in for a nail take off. The wait time was ridiculous! The nails techs are not friendly. I hate to play the race card, but I felt as though I was being treated differently. The nail tech sat in front of me and didn't ask anything, just started filing all of my nails down. She kept saying something in another language. Every time she did, the nail tech that was beside us doing pedicures would turn around, look at my nails, and laugh. Very unprofessional.
