This was the second time I used this salon and the last. Even though I am a "bottle" blonde I have been blonde for 15 years now. And have been growing my hair out for at least three years. Well she took most of the blonde out and it hadn't been this short in at least 10 years. I am so mad and upset. My husband must not like it either he has asked me about three times if I want to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed (the color of course) before we leave for our planned trip. She is a sweet person but you only get one chance to screw up my hair.
Called and got an appointment for today, Kelly was great! Very personable and did an excellent job on my hair. I wanted all over color with low lights and a hair cut. I call it kind of like an A-Line cut but its more closely to a bob cut. She requested that I have a picture so she knows exactly what I want so We're both on the same page. Personally I think that's great, it lets her know what you want without having miscommunication.
I love the cut and the colors, my hair grabs red tones which I hate but she got the purple to show through just great.
She's also good with washing it, I'm wasn't drenched afterwards like I have been at other places.
Price was so reasonable and I highly recommend.
