KD Century Nails in Hillcrest Heights, MD

For anyone who reads my reviews often, one thing for sure is that I'll always give you a story but never give you a lie... So this nail shop about 4 years ago was pretty decent and the customer service was much better than it is now. If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't answer the phone to inquire on anything. When you arrive they take your temperature, just to say that everyone is 97 degrees which we all know is false. Everyone's body temperature fluctuates different than the next person's. Next they are filthy! Cobwebs everywhere and they don't clean up after being done with the last client, as you'll see in the pictures. Also, the environment isn't safe due to wires hanging everywhere, especially near the sink. The customer service is below sub par and the staff moves around like zombies with no enthusiasm. I got the special which consist of a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing and the price is $45. Sounds great right?! (Rhetorical) Welp I definitely experienced $45 service. The lady who did my toes was sloppy and somewhat careless. She also kept forgetting what I wanted done so she asked me about 3 or 4 times, while I'm suppose to be "relaxing". Next the guy who did my nails was rude, got loud with me, and then started arguing with my sister when she asked me what was wrong. My nails were crooked and not fully polished; it was so bad that I made him take the nails and polish off due to how he was treating me. Long story short, I only paid for my toes ($25) and that is the last time I'll go there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Well let's began first off it's Covid still goin on I didn't see a sole while I was there for 45 mins plus sanitize or disinfect anything they did a Horrible Job on my nails it a look like some at home tired to do my nails they coloring is different shades. She got the acrylic all over my cuticles on side of my fingers then I had to tell her shave them done it look like I had fat ass nails then she thined my pinky nail and it cracked off and this is a day after I called and said something they said they could fix not refund my card

I visited VIP today for a pedicure for the first time. There were three employees and each of them had customers. I waited 30 minutes before someone begin my pedicure. The woman came over and started my pedicure. They were talking among themselves in their language. They were very rude. She was really rough with my toes.I experience poor piss customer service. Pedicure with regular polish is $23. I would not recommend going to this place. I did not have a good experience, so much as I did not tip and I am a big tipper when I receive quality service.

I literally got my nails done here not even an 5 hrs ago worst service ever. The guy who did my toes was very good but the woman with the red hair Did my nails was beyond terrible. I normally don't do this but this is beyond ridiculous. I kept telling her the gel was bubbling instead of her fixing it she painted over what was messed up and this is the result do not come here they rush on your nails and do not care don't listen and do whatever they want. Spend the extra money to go elsewhere. Never will I step foot in here again. Very upset.

This is the worst establishment I've ever been to. I use to come here often but every time I get comfortable with a new nail tech they somehow quit. The new red head lady is very rude, doesn't follow directions and does WHATEVER she wants to your nails. Doesn't know how to shape or anything. I will know longer come to this establishment
