I was in desperate need of a change for my upcoming weeding reception and these girls did an amazing job. Kirsten helped me get in when I needed to and Ashley did amazing at taking my half baked ideas and turning it into a hair color and style that I can work with. Even though I'm in my rags and not wearing any makeup I felt so good and that's saying something.
Kirsten is amazing! I went in for a deep conditioning and a cut. My hair is pretty long but it needed a trim. She knew exactly how much to cut off without taking away a lot of my length. I also bought the SEACRET hair brush and it is amazing!! I have thick hair that I've colored so it gets knotted up pretty fast and brushing it is never easy but I can honestly say that this brush took my 20 minute hair routine down to 5 easy minutes.
I arrived a few minutes early. No one was there. Lights off, door locked. Then two minutes past my appointment time a lady shows up and let's me in, but not the one doing my brows. About 10 minutes after, the gal shows up. She does the threading, without any special lighting or anything. After that they both try upselling me skincare products, more services, etc. I felt awkward and needed to leave and didn't want to keep chatting. They were both very nice, yet a tad unprofessional. Then I got home and looked in the mirror and she missed a bunch of my hairs! Not going back.
