Just came here Thursday 3:24 PM because online it says they are open but the door is locked. A few weeks ago I came when it said it was open and same thing. I give up on this place. Done wasting my time coming here to a locked door.
The worst salon ever. I did pink waxing and they burned my face. I told the lady I am getting an itching sensation from my face, she totally ignored me and when I texted her with pictures that my face is burnt, she didn't even have the courtesy to express her apology. I wish I could give negative ratings
I've been going to KB for a while since before Covid. They've always done a good job on my brows no matter who I went to. I went today thinking "yay, I can get my brows done!" And left thinking , I shoulda just used tweezers instead. This visit was a little lengthy which worried me because I never spend no more than 15 mins here. I ask the lady who was there if she was making them thinner because it was taking a while. She said no just cleaning them up. I then got up and saw she barely touched my brows. They were the as when I came in. She wanted to charge me the full price and I told her maybe not since the job was poorly executed. I don't know if she knows how to thread, but this will be my LAST time going to KB.
I have been coming to this place many times for a year pre Covid and came in again to get my brow done. First of all some one in the shop is not wearing a mask. She finally puts it on when I asked her to. Then they charge me $12 instead of $10 for threading, while the price board clearly says &10. I am ok with $12 but you can't just change prices on the fly. The brow job is still good. However I will never come back again.
I love getting my eyebrows done by Binita. I hope you guys open back up soon because I am scared to go to someone else.
