Asked for a shin fade on my sides and a light trim on the top and the lady kept saying "ok ok I give you the perfect haircut you want" then she gave me a buzz cut.
I guess every visit is different....I have been going to best cuts (shaw and marks) for a decade or so cause I don't want anybody touching my hair until we moved to clovis....going to best cuts at shaw and marks vs living around clovis east area is a no bueno..too far! So I started to look around clovis for my new go to haircut...It's a hit and miss, i just wear a hat everytime I don't like my haircut...then I found this place, at first...she was very thorough to cut my hair and I think she was in the good mood when I first step in to this place...I think this is the owner, she made sure I was happy with my haircut and I was...I think that was late 2017 or early 2018 and now its 2019....I still go to this place....even though her mood is not the best sometimes but I don't care as long as she gets my hair right...lol...I don't even need to talk what haircut that I want, she knows already...I just sit, cut and go home....hi and bye! lol... 5 stars for me....
worst place everrrrrr and the customer service was horrible. my sister got her hair cut and i don't even think this girl is licensed to even know how to cut hair. i made an appointment with her today and she flaked on me! don't go to this place! it is overpriced and ridiculously dirty! why would you tell people that its open 7 days a week, but close it down early or whenever you want to. so inconsistent!
Brought my sons in for a haircut yesterday, the guy did a good, he took his time and I was pretty happy until it was time to pay. They have this huge sign upfront advertising $8 grandson and grandpa haircuts. My fault I should have verified but my bill came to $30, how deceiving. When I asked they said everybody charges different amounts and that sign was wrong and they do not honor. I left feeling deceived. I don't mind paying for the services but they should be clear and need to remove the sign. I don't think we will ever return to this location. Never again. They have another location that has the same sign in shaw and they charge as per sign. Buyer beware!!
