I called to see if I could drop in for a pedicure and wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with my nails ( this was my first time at Kay Nails & Spa). Dana answered the phone, very polite and I was able to get an appointment right away. I have to tell you, this was probably my best nail appointment ever (30+ years). Dana was so engaging, polite, smart, respectful and an exceptional woman. She did a beautiful pedicure and we opted for a fill for my nails. They came out perfect. Thank you Dana. See ya in a few weeks

When for my eyelashes lady very rude put the them on all wrong also when she was remove glue from my eye cut my skin close to my eye I asked for her to fixed them and she said denied them being straight that it was my eye was then said I moved walked out after getting charged full price look like they were just eyelashes I put on at home worst experience ever!!!
One of the best pedicure experiences I've had. Dana and Kay were so welcoming and warm. There was plenty of comfortable and fun conversation. And silences weren't awkward. When my friend touched their mail before it was dry they touched it up no problem. Cute small business; family owned. Absolutely would recommend and will be coming back!
I went in today for a pedicure today and who I believe to be the owner was rude. After my service was done she was rushing me out while another lady in there got to sit with her feet propped up and got to relax while her feet dry. I don't like that, her daughter was trying to make excuses for her because she speak a different language but I know actions speak louder than words. And they way she was rushing me outvthe chair and everything
