First of all I never said I didn't like the bottom color all I said was no red and n my hair.. all I wanted was my top to match the bottom and the only thing I ask about was covering my greys . And I did leave you a message on you answering machine with my number and explained if we could fix it but no call back.
After moving to this area I found Kandys Kutz thanks to their great reviews. I am so happy I did! They gave me exactly what I asked for, and the price was great.
