Nail techs don't listen to you at all. My pedicure was 10 minutes long didn't file my toe to match the other foot. Didn't look like they sanitize their tools at all? My full set looked like I did it my self. I asked the tech to fix it and she said if I would've I shellac that wouldn't had happened? So your telling me you don't know how to polish nails? This place is not for me not a welcoming place.
If I could rate this business a zero I would... the short one with highlights called me crazy because I wanted my money back after offering me a $5 discount for some bunk @$$ nails that don't look good. I wanted a black ombré and my nails look grey there black in the pink the guy didn't warn me before that they didn't have the gems to do the nails I wanted... she started yelling at me and the guy started recording me and my 12 year old sister... 100% do not recommend
I stopped in for a gel manicure and a pedicure about a week and a half ago. The pedicure was AWESOME. She took her time, VERY relaxing, and the polish was perfect. The gel I looked great on my nails, but it started peeling off about four days after I got the manicure, and now, even with me being extra careful and taking steps to fix the peeling, it's lifting in full pieces off my nails!
I would come back in a heartbeat for a pedicure, but not sure about manicures after this.
