The experience always seems rushed (with or without an appointment), but the terrible service will make you want to leave in a hurry regardless. There is no attention to detail and the environment is unfriendly at best. Try JT Nails down the road or Show Nails near Walmart!
Was very unhappy with the job done. My pedicure looks like a 4 year old did them. The lady rushed and didn't take her time.
As for my friend who had gotten a fill, the man rushed also, her nails are crooked, and very very thin.
so this trip, after many great ones, will not be taken again.
Really disappointed with the hospitality I received here. First off my appointment was at 6 they did not take me in until 7. They did not follow the covid guidelines whatsoever everyone came pouring in as if everyone's appointment was booked around the same time (5:30/6) I think there was about 16 people in that salon then they put someone in the pedicure chair that came in AFTER me. I wanted to get this dip/pedi over with.... so they finished my pedicure and said okay you're all set but I had to remind them that I also asked for dip. They made me wait a little bit longer and then took me in. At this point they're closed but there's me and like 2 other girls left. I asked for tips and short square she heard me but did not listen to me at all. She did NOT put tips on. She proceeded to dip my nails and use the drill to smooth it out. then she's rushing through my nails and there's patches so I asked her to redo two nails if she can. So she adds more dip over the already dipped nails. (I should speak up more right then and there but idk why I dont) I could tell she's tired I get it but come on I'm still a paying customer (spent 72$) to top it all off she cuts me with the drill around the cuticle and i start bleeding a lot for a little cut and she continues to dip the nail so now my blood is in my dipped dry nails and after wipe the blood with the brush!!! The same brush she uses on everyone!!! At this point I'm pissed and don't know if I caught something. Never ever coming back. The blood is dried now this pic is 4 days after.
Stopped here on a drive to Providence. Got right in and service was great and my pedicure looks great!
