It wouldn't let me rate lower than a 1. My teenage daughter deleted the photo so I'm not able to show how awful they looked. I took her back the following day and now (4 days later they've all fallen off). Gas it to high to drive back. The first time she went in the nail polish was smeared like no other and the nails were super thin. She redid a whole set "to make them strong". Not strong enough. They all fell off. Never coming back. Her friend got them done w her also and they were equally as thing
I have NEVER had this AMAZING of service!!! I came in for a simple manicure for prom and I got the Royal treatment for both my manicure AND pedicure!!! 100000% would recommend!!! I will definitely be back!
Worst pedicure I've ever had in my life and it was the most expensive as well Everyone was extremely nice but it took 2 hours, no jetted tub, they didn't use the scrub or hot stones that I paid for, and my feet are not soft and still calloused I would take my business almost anywhere but here
They were nice, but I paid for a pedicure. They charged more than any pedicure I have ever gotten, but was willing to pay because Sophia is great. Sophia doesn't own it anymore. They clipped my skin, used old nail polish, not enough coats to actually be the color I chose, and left this petroleum chemical smelling stuff on my left toes. To top it off, my sister was supposed to get the same pedicure, but got nothing like that. They did not used the scrub, hot stones, or even pumice her foot enough to get rid of any callouses. They charged $120 for one regular gel pedicure, one regular pedicure, and one child gel pedicure. Such a letdown for my birthday!
This place is horrible but very nice main lady!!!! I got a pedicure and I was there for two hours it was ridiculous. I was passed of to 2 different people since the new guy wasn't able to paint my toes.
