If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE I've tried to many time to resolve this issue about brenda Mendoza for ruining my hair. I've asked her to fix it she hasn't returned text or calls. I've asked for a refund no response I've even spoken with miss Kimberley the owner who kept on asking for me to not leave this review which is unprofessional, unacceptable why would I not let people know that you know what she did to me and how she treated me and didn't take responsibility for her work and handled it poorly but your worried about a review what about my hair and my scalp has burns on it from Brenda Mendoza. She completely fried my hair Damaged my scalp. And when I told her we're going to have to fix this she got defensive. No ma'am I would be glad to fix someone's hair I messed up on because it's called integrity. And she used the fact that she's a Christian as an excuse like no ma'am if she is such a Christian why did she do me so shady and wrong. she said because of my "thin" hair it's harder to blend no ma'am it's not and I asked for high lights not balayage and she said for the work she did on my hair as you can see in the pictures she charges $300 do not use Brenda Mendoza I've heard so many bad things about her after telling people who did my hair she will cheat you out of money not fix your hair and not refund you I'm truly embarrassed and mortified by this experience I've never met someone so unprofessional in my life that's not willing to fix their mistake and gets offended so easily by mistake that they did like take responsibility
