After having scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance for a cut and color (which was confirmed by the owner), imagine my shock and dismay when I walked into the shop a full half hour before said scheduled appointment to find out that the owner wanted to reschedule for a later date.
I was informed by the owner she had "people coming in from London" and she had tried sending me a text (which I've yet to receive).
While I'm usually pretty understanding about life happening, in this day and age where we are surrounded by technology, there is more than one way to get in touch with potential clients. Text, email, phone call, messaging through the same app (like Yelp) that the appointment had been booked. Doing so sooner rather than later not only shows respect for the person who had taken the time to research the business and book an appointment, but also for all other clients (current and future) as well.
Been going here now for several years. For an old guy, I have more hair than most and am very particular. Kristin has been cutting my hair for some time now and I have not once been unhappy. My only caveat is that she has to stay in business for the rest of my life (which I'm planning for many more years) because she cuts my hair better than anyone else.
Kristen is so talented! Love what she's doing with my hair. She also has 2 fabulous assistants, Charlie and Iris!
Best decision since moving to sequim was going to this salon. Kristen is fantastic and I love my spiral perm and color.
